Outlook: Managing Contacts and Groups E-Learning Course

In this course, participants will learn to efficiently organize Outlook-contacts, create distribution lists, and leverage Microsoft 365 groups for seamless team collaboration.

Outlook is more than just an e-mail program. You can not only use it to send e-mails, but also to create and manage contacts and Microsoft 365 groups, among other things. The contacts can be bundled into contact lists, which you can use as distribution lists for e-mails and meeting invitations to save time. Microsoft 365 groups facilitate cross-application collaboration between project teams. The members of a Microsoft 365 group have access to the resources assigned to the group, including a group calendar and a group mailbox.
